Soap In Tank!

anybody know how long it will take a fish to die in water that has soap in it? its not that much soap, i can just see some bubbles at the top.

Are you planning on waiting for the fish to die to do anything?

You need to scoop the fish out, put it in fresh dechlorinated water, drain all the water from your tank, rinse with 10 parts water, 1 part white vinegar several times, then refill the tank with clean water and add the fish. Make sure your tank never comes into contact with soap.

My stepbrother killed my fish in a matter of twenty-four hours by puttin his hand in the tank while he still had soap on his fingers. My stepbrother is really stupid. I don't like him much.
