Ever since the crack in the 10 and we moved our fish to the 20. We've slowly lost half our fish from that tank.

I've watched the water and we are still at 0, 0, 10 water conditions. But idk why they are dying. We've lost some of our favorite and prized fish. Our family... and Idk what to do...

Help...

Sorry to hear about the losses :( It may be that some of your fish require an established tank in which other microorganisms develop etc..I had perfect stats and lost rummy nose tetras in my new tank because they require an established tank for example.

Just a guess from my limited experience, I'm sure other members will advise better

Could you tell us some more details.

When you moved from one tank to the other, was the 20 cycled?  Did you move you filter (or filter media) from the 10 to the 20?  Was the 20 a new tank or an old established tank?  If new, did you thoroughly clean the new tank and its accessories in hot water before filling?  If old, did you slowly acclimate the fish to the 20?

Its a new tank, we didn't have room in the other tanks for them, so we had to put them somewhere. I took the substrate, plants, rocks/decor and all the filter media from the old 10 and put it in the new 20.

Before putting the fish in the new tank we used hot water and vinegar to clean it.
