My tank is just opposite my bed, I was just sat there looking at it, it is the most relaxing thing going!

my tanks opposite my bed too, its great when your comfy in bed and can just sit and watch the tank, so relaxing and calm :)

Same here. Although in the morning, if I make one move, all my fish are staring at me and waiting for food.

My bedroom tank is probably my very favourite; I went out of my way to make sure it was very peaceful and calming; only very small peaceful fishies, and all blue and green :)

I want a bedroom tank :(

Mine is sat in the living room, opposite the TV... I sit on the arm of the chair for ages though staring at it :hyper:

haha thats the problem with bedroom tanks, you make one move and then the fish are going crazy and expecting their breakfast :p
and josh you should invest in one mate ;)

Right now they're all staring at me from behind my chair. They ate their breakfast though... so I don't know what they want. o_O Those beady eyes... so adorable! X)

I will next time I have some money :hyper: We have our house on the market though and my bedroom at the house we're supposed to be getting is much bigger. So you know, 125L in my room :D

how do you all sleep with the filter buzzing away? I know some are fairly quiet but there's some real noisy ones on the market too

Mines a very quiet filter, but the first day I got it I couldn't sleep, I just wasn't used to sleeping next to one;/

I'd be no good with a tank in the bedroom (not that there's room anyway!) My door intercom buzzes from the transformer and that keeps me awake! I have to unplug it before I go to bed

I need pitch black and silence to sleep ... but then, I am odd :fun:

I am the same, I would have no chance. I can't even get to sleep whilst the fridge downstairs is in its 'hum' phase or if something it buzzing... I blame my parents for bringing me up in a detached house in a quiet area... flatsharing in a city whilst i was at uni was very interesting!

I still use ear plugs even though i now live in a quiet area...rumours about my husbands's snoring will of course be denied!

@josh, lucky person :p i have a perfect space in my room where i could probably fit a tank twice as big as the one i got now :D trouble is i got no money to invest in a tank right now :(
