hello all, am in the process of setting up a new tank and to be quite frank all the chocies are stressing me out.......

gravel or sand?....................... £22 is the cheapest i can find for sand and thats absurd!

natural or themed?

background?

decorations?

real or silk plants?

is it really worth all the hassle?

£22 just use play sand from either toys R us or Argos ....... just make sure its cleaned through until water is running clear from it

and all the other options are entirley up to you go with what YOU want as its your tank and you have to live with it so to say

once its all setup and running with all the fish you can sit back and think you did that

Hi, when setting up a new tank its all down to you though I totaly get wanting ideas off other people if you google aquascaping you will see some amazing stuff that should give you ideas - if it was me these are my answers

gravel or sand? - sand (as said above get the argos stuff loads of people use it with no trouble but it does need washing youtube it )

natural or themed? natural

background? plain black external

decorations? - natural, wood, rock etc

real or silk plants? - real

is it really worth all the hassle? - yes
