Not really a search for help, I know how to fix most of it, but ugh! 
I see ich and finrot and MASSIVE algae growth and my yellow labs apparently had a battle royale, my pico has actually begun to decompose,
all my fish are lethargic, and im missing a betta, a tang, my ghost knife, and a discus (im not sure if im missing anyone else...I cant count the schools anymore lol...
oh...cotton mouth...... ugh!
surprisingly enough i think most of my marine are fine....just very hungry....
ROFL....Scott is having a mini heart attack, as soon as I got here I saw my gn plec munching on a body so i reached in and plucked him off, not thinking scott would freak out
Doesnt everyone pick up their plecs? some of my bigger ones like to sit in my hands lol....
hm....im gonna need a bigger algae scrubby pad lol
