Now I want a pair of those. If I can find them, I am almost certain I will get a 20 to 25 gallon for a pair. Would that be big enough for them? I have got to start searching.

This original pic is of a mbuna cichlid tank like dorkhedoes said there is a system called ugj which can work i have not figured out how to Vacume up the poop under my tank, but UGJ's sound like a good idea if you have lot's of mechanical filtration, will get a link in just a moment, For that tank you want mbuna these are much more colorfull and pretty than a jewel cichlid and absolutely perfect for that tank read CA's inned topic in the african cichlid section heres some links a\so you can really tell these are what you want

Simple google mbuna search, notice colors and prettyiestedness

The tank

The best advice in deciding on the size of the tank is as big as you can fit, or afford to go with. Any tank less then three feet in length is not a suitable environment for any mbuna. Length is the most important aspect when considering what type of tank to buy. A fifty-gallon tank that is four feet long is preferable to a fifty-gallon tank that is three feet long. Hex and cube tanks should be avoided completely, they are nearly useless for these fish. Mbuna are generally bottom dwellers, so aquarium height is the least important aspect--'tall’ tanks are undesirable

Oh I get thought she was getting a tank like in the pic but jus 29 eh,(EDIT , that's not even a mbuna tank,-time for bed), Go get some shellies ocelatus gold, and add shells to that setup
