So Can I Start My Cycle

So I have every thing to begin cycling my tank the only thing I have to get is some aquarium glue so I can stick some suction cups on a tree root ornament to the tank! So basically would it be best to start cycling once every thing is placed in the tank or can I get started now and add the addition later on? Just really want to get this right first off!! Have waited long enough lol!!

Yay lol thanks, just what I wanted to hear! Oh another query my test kit shows only ammonia results as 3 or 6 as the highest! I will be wanting it at around 5 so will the strip just show a slightly lighter colour than the results show all be it iv the right amount! Many thanks again!

The newest advice on fishless cycling says you want only two or three ppm anyway

Either way works...  If it doesn't drop after a week, I'd do a 50% water change to drop it to 2-3ppm... in the future...
