Snakeskin Guppy Swimming Funny

I bought some snakeskin guppies not too long ago, 2 have already died and 1 is swimming a little off.

I checked ammonia and it was a little high, so I put him in a hospital tank.

He is sort of swimming slightly sideways. Today is the first day I've noticed it, so maybe I caught whatever it is in time?

What medication can I use to help him? I don't want him to die because then it only means I have 1 left, and they aren't that cheap over here!

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed your fish.
Does the fish look bloated.
Are scales sticking out.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Check the anus of the fish to see if it looks enlarged or red and inflamed.
Lost any fish that have gone extremely thin.
Lost any fish to bent spines.
Any fish have sunken in bellys.
