Snake Head Id Please

hi i need an id on these 2 baby snake heads they were labeled mosaic snakehead i need an id please as i cant find anything on the net plus i need some info on them when there id ie tropical/temprate max size etc thanks in advance

Not 100% convinced they are bankanensis, it is possible but at that size i think there are a couple of species they could potentially be, Maybe worth pm'ing nelly for his opinion.

Personally I think channa lucius, AKA the splendid snakehead is another contender.

I also recon 99% lucius, but have a look also at Channa maculata, however iam still leaning toward lucius....But as are rdp says banks, they do look alot like banks, heres a pic of my old bank when i first got them,
This was mine channa bankanensis..

But if you look hard enough you can see its not quite them same,

well iv put them on here and monster fish forum and the majority vote is lucius after reasearching both bankanensis and lucias im going for lucius
