Snails Grannies Meeting

For some reason, nearly all the snails I have accumulated in one corner of the tank to night. So I grabbed the camera and took some crappy pics. First of all the ruby nerite was making croaking noises so I went over to investigate, and of course, it was doing its ususal on the hunt for algae above the water:

So cute! I love to watch an apple snail funneling food from the surface, it's looks so silly. Here's one of my babies being greedy from a long time ago.

Yeh I was wondering if that was what they were doing. It looked alien-like though. They way their little funnel bit was moving. Just magic they are.
