Snail Trap

hi as i have a snail army lol i asked on here how to rid them and some one suggested a jar with a lettuce inside lay it down in my tank and remove the lettuce in the morning with the snails on it ........ok i did everything except there were no snails on the lettuce lol am i doing anything wrong??? or is some one pulling my leg lol

yeah ive tried that before, only with cucumber and not lettuce.
didnt work for me either.
i cant exactly remember how i got rid of all my snails...i think i just hand picked out as many as i could and did that everyday and they just kinda...disappeared lol.

clown loaches eat snails...but your tank isnt really big enough for them.

i think you can get chemicals that kill off snails...but if i were you i would use that as a last resort.

ok thanks for your reply i did pick out 8 last night before i went to bed but i do have loads lol so ill prob just continue like you say to do this and get the numbers down abit
