Snail Explosion

Folks,

I have a massive snail population explosion. I don't mind a few but there are just so many. I would like to introduce some biological control, any recommendations?

The tank is a 60l so pretty small. Any kind of fish I can put in to control the snail explosion?

I currency only have 5 neon tetra and 4 algae eaters in there.

get an assasin snail...... it will kill all the other snails and your tank is over stocked

Reduce feeding, that helps with most snail explosions!

Most snail explosions are caused by over feeding reduce the amount of food you give. To get rid of the existing snails you could get some assasin snails or try the lettuce leaf approach, run a lettuce leaf under some hot water then put it at the bottom of the tank just before lights out, in the morning the snails remove the snails that are attached, repeat this process until the snails are under control
