Hi, I got new plants on Friday. On Saturday morning I noticed small white 'wriggly' worm like creatures. They are about 5mm long and just seem to be getting carried by the current/swimming.

My LFS has a separate room for plants which they assured me were cut and grown in the shop, Which have never been near snails etc.

From a bit of googling I think they are 'planaria' alough i'm not sure. I couldn't get a picture as they are too small/my cam isn't good enough. The pics I found on google when I searched for 'planaria' don't look quite the same as the ones in my tank, Maybe someone else will be able to help me.

Sounds like planaria to me and is probably just a coincidence that you brought plants at the same time they arrived. You'll normally get planaria when you're overfeeding or you have a dirty filter.
