Small White Dot On Bettas Mouth

I've noticed a very small white dot on my Betta's mouth just on the top lip. It is slightly cotton wool like and very small. Should I treat it or wait? What would you suggest I use for treatment. And can somone advise me on how you quarantine and treat as there is a snail and two frogs in with him so I don't think I can treat the tank. I don't have another tank to put him.

Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

From what I've learned, that would either be a white spot or fungus and should be treated immediately. I'm sure there's someone with a professional opinion on the matter, but personally I would act asap!
