Small Shoaling Fish And A Red Tailed Black Shark?

any like small shoaling fish around 2-4" size i guess.. that work with a rtbs and MAYBE balas...?

I used to have a RTBS but it kept chasing all the fish in my tank, so I gave it back to my lfs.

emporer tetras, disc tetras, cardinal tetras

Most small species of tetras should be fine with RTBS, just try and avoid the agressive/nippy tetras.
