there is hundreds of them, i didn't notice them yesterday when i did a water change, will they eat my plants?
the fish will probobaly eat them but i don't want to take a chace.

the large patch of yellow is a flake that they have probobly feeding on, is there any way of removing, treatments.

They're springtails, i've had them in my main tank for over a year now (i believe they live off the algae that has grown under the tanks hood), they've never caused a problem to the fish, the fish even occasionally eat them, so i wouldn't worry about them :thumbs: .

Info on springtails;

There's thousands of types of springtails but they're basically more or less harmless, they won't do any harm to you or your fish or anything else so its up to up whether you just want to leave them be or get rid of them :thumbs: .
