Meat eAter like angle with neon etc later what if I got a baby angle a small one do I have to put it in a different tank before I put it in the tank with big fishesDepends on the fish. But generally speaking no.
Broadly speaking the bigger the fish grows the more of a predator/meat-eater they become. So it normally gets to the point where if it fits in their mouth then they'll eat it.
Such as angelfish and neons for example.
There are of course exceptions to the rule. But it's very much fish dependant, what were you wanting to keep together?
Ty for your help xd Also wonder what if I get a small fish that will grow big should I grow it in a smaller tank firstFromwhat i understand neons usually end up getting eaten by angels as the angels get bigger. I think the generall rule is that angels will eat anything that will fit in their mouths.
