Slug the Congo

WOW, once again, your puffer is amazing! It would be awesome to get a video of him coming out of the sand to get a crab walking by or something

Also, where do you find these puffers? LFS or do you order online?
Once again, great fish
I would certainly love to see him ambush something too! :D

We get our puffers from various lfs'. Usually they are quite local, but the one Slug came from was 60 miles away - I owe a big thanks to Ryan who found him for me. Haven't tried online yet.

He is super awesome. :D

Why thank you. :*)

Thats cool!! You guys have some truly unusual fish! I keep thinking about getting a puffer, but I would need another tank and I just don't really have room for one!!

Unbelievable footage. :hyper: That made my night, so very awesome. I honestly just adore your fish, I admire you both as some of the best fishkeepers here. You have some truly amazing and beautiful fish, and your tanks are equally superb. Keep up the awesome work, and more videos please! :D

that is an awesome fishy.

where do you keep putting all these fish??

whats his tank mates?

i'm tempted to get rid of my lobsters for a puffer fish instead

He's on his own. Congos are up there with arrowheads & fahakas for aggresion so he lives alone.

We may try him with a bristlenose once he's settled in as a janitor. It seems to work with all the other puffers so it's worth a try.

  I don't think you'll ever see that fish again now!!
He is one stunning fish though. I have also caught puffer syndrome off you two and am searching for my first puffer, it will only be a dwarf bit i can't wait!! Just have to find one!!

What an amazing fish! i could look at it all day. Great footage as usual.

Ps. How do you post video footage?

Upload your video to some webspace and then just post a link directly to it. For example:

Code:
[url=http://www.mywebsite.com/video.wmv]My fish video[/url]

I usually grab a screenshot from the movie and link the image to the file as well.
