My WM boy Skylar is still not eating and instead of sitting at the bottom of the tank, he sits in the corner at the top.... What's the matter??? :dunno:

You haven't had Skylar very long yet, right?

I remember for the first week to week 1/2 Sushi didn't eat anything, I fed him everyday, but he ate nothing.

Have you tried live food?

After a while, he should get hungry and eat. Does he look sick at all?

I got my little guys to eat the first day by putting their pellets where the filter flow would move them around. Soon as they saw movement they were all over them. Check for sickness as stated above. Please let us know if we can help. :)

My little Jack wouldn't eat anything unless it was moving at first either. He thought it was fun to wait til they started sinking and then dive for them.

He learned quick that, without aeration or a filter, if he was hungry he woul dhave to just go get them without waiting for them to drop..

The corner hiding thing bothers me a little, though.
Does he face the corner all the time, with his nose to the corner?

Sushi is like that, too. If its not moving, its not worth wasting his time with! :p

I've tried pellets and frozen brine shrimp. Nothing... I think I might do a 50% water change and see what happens.

I've had him for over a week now.

Do you have any blood worms?

If you look at him from the front, does he look bloated at all? That could be a sign of dropsy. Does he have any signs of illness?

No, he doesn't look bloated. But his fins are still clamped like they were when he came home.

I took the bubbler out of his tank because I didn't think he would like all the current it was making, but maybe I will try putting it back in and see if that helps.
