Thankyou muchly Maximus, he certainly is 1 big sexy beast.

At the moment the tank hes in combind with a pro2 2028 filter can't cope with his meals so over x-mas I'm rebuilding my 200g for him to go in.

I drained the 200g on Thursday as I need to cut the weir down to lower the water level so he can still suck air easily from the surface. Whilst It's drained I'll be re jigging some pipework too.

Oh yes, been a few years since I've been able to play IN that tank

Probably not! Will hopefully last a bit longer than a year though. Which is all the time hes needed to grow out the other tanks!

Do you want him to reach 5ft, or are you crossing your fingers that he'll stop 35"?

I think 4-5ft is a nice size. I doubt I'll be able to house him at wild fully grown 8ft records.

I was only zapped once when I was hand feeding him when I first got him.

His current meals include... (aprox)

7 lancefish
6 peeled prawns
4 whole prawns
5 muscles
1 fish fillet

tends to get fed every 2-3 days.
