Sink Siphon

I've got a siphon that hooks directly to the sink. works GREAT for water changes no buckets!

I recently set up a tank in the basement. I do have access to a sink there but the aerator is smaller than my kitchen sink.

does anyone know if there are adapters with a smaller faucet side thread? could i possibly find something like this at a home depot or menards or someplace like that?
