Silvershark Just Died

Hi,

I've had my silvershark from it being young to now, 3 years. He was around 10 inches. He was eating fine, then half an hour later Hese upside down dead.

Any ideas?

Now i have a convict 4 hours later that started flicking and spiraling then would stop breathing. When i put it in a bucket it carried on, it keeps stopping breathing every half hour or so, then when i hold it it comes back to life and starts breathing. What should i do?

If we come up with nothing else, then clean water cures a whole load of things, and a huge water change can make a big difference.
