Silver Shark Causing Mahem

Hi friends, could anyone give me some advice on my Silver shark?

I've had my Silver shark for about 6 months now and he's starting to get bigger. For some reason he has decided to chase and nip at my Tiger barbs. This happens mainly at feeding times. He tries to corner the Tiger barbs and if they manage to get out of a corner, he chases them around. The funny thing is that he doesn't seem to bother my smaller neons and Zebra Danios. Do Silver sharks get aggressive as they mature, or is this just one strange fish?

Any help i'd appreciate it, thanks, GARETH.

What size tank do you have him in?

Hello again, sorry i'm late getting back. I have my Silver shark in a 100 L tank, which i now know is way to small so now i will find him a new home. I will either give him to someone who has silver sharks and a large enough tank or i will find a aquarist who can take him off my hands. I should have read up on this beautiful fish before i purchased him, stupid me )
