Silver Scats Turning Brown?

My Silver Scats have decided that they wanted to turn brown on me. This might be because there is a case of ICH going through the tank? Maybe because I used Malachite Green? Is this a normal thing? Because I highly doubt it...

Probably normal, all scats go through a big change as they grow older, usually changing color drastically. I can't say i'm 100 percent certain on the color young silver scats turn into, but it's likely that brown is just the natural color change for that type. HTH
