Silver Dollars

My silver dollar fish are enjoying wrecking my plants which is fine, expected but is there anything else i can feed them, as in veg? Ive heard people say putting some cucumber in for them isa good idea. But would this harm any other fish in the tank? Always wary of what i put in my tank water!

cucumbers, lettuce, and peas among other things are all just fine. But that won't stop the silver dollars from wrecking your plants. Prepare to have an unplanted tank with these guys
