Try feeding live baby brine shrimp, you can hatch them yourself or buy frozen at your LFS. Also what about trying some crushed up flake food?

I have three Silver Dollars. Out of them, two of them will only eat algae discs, the other one will eat algae discs and frozen brine shrimp.

I'd try buying some frozen or live brine shrimp and some algae discs.

Note, if you try to do algae discs you might want to get the algae thins depending on how small the Dollars are. My 3 inch Dollars eat algae thins, my full-grown Dollar eats algae discs. If they're really tiny though brine shrimp or crushed flake would probably be your best bet.

I also had a problem getting my Silver Dollars to eat when I first bought them. I discovered they responded to the algae discs I fed the plecos-and the rest is history. I break a couple of the discs up and scatter them across the tank after I've fed the all the other fish and watch the Silver Dollars spring into action. Many of my other fish also enjoy the algae discs. Good Luck. :good:
