Silent Co2 Diffuser/atomiser

I have just set up a pressurised CO2 system and the diffuser i have is making a constant squeaking/chirping noise which is slowly, but surely driving me insane :L does anyone know of a diffuser or atomiser (can't be an in-line one unfortunately as im using an internal filter) which is silent or closer to?

the problem is, that they need at least 2bar of pressure to work. They are top notch diffusers though.
