well itz me again....my guppys been pregnant for such a long time and shes not letting go.....ive had her for 4 weeks and when i got her she seems to be a little pregnant...now shes like.....really boxy..and her gravid spot is reaaaaally dark..i can almost clearly see 7-9 dots...can anyone guess her duedate? im sorry i cannot take a good picture of my guppy with my stupid camera...
i think shes close to delivery but she still eats a lot...

She have them in her own time, is she hanging about in a corner and being moody, that's usually a sign there about ready.

I have the same probelm with two of my swordies.... they have been big for quite some time now and one has some little eyes you can see in her belly but they aren't letting them out either...lol Or the little buggers don't want to come out.. The b/f caught her this morning and hopefully she will drop 'em but I don't think so.... hhmmm....what to do, what to do....

i have a question:if u keep a male&female...does she get pregnant every months?

and 50% of the time shes swimming at the bottom looking down as if trying to find sth.

She will give birth every 28 days as long as there is a male in the tank

When my guppies give birth they go to the top of the tank and breathe really heavily...they also won't let any other fish near them

also i dont have light for my "future-fry" tank can i use a 60 watt lamp placed 2' away from it?
