Sick Ropefish

something is wrong with my ropefish need help. her eyes look swollen along with her face lips ,just laying on the bottom of tank, looks like she has labored breathing can anyone help me with some info about this?please

Can you give us some more details, please?
 
How long have you had the fish, how big is the tank and is it cycled, have you tested the water at all? Are there any other fish in the tank and, if so, what species, how many and are any of them showing any symptoms.
