I have 3 platies in a 10 gallon tank (1 male and 2 female). They were recently purchased (2 weeks ago) and added to a fully cycled tank. The one female started getting fin nipped by the other female, then she started hiding and when she comes out her fins are clamped and she is breathing fast. What could be wrong, stress? Parasites? Pregnancy? I'm worried but don't know how to help her.

Not really. All of her is reddish orange so it might be hard to tell but it doesn't look like she has any of those things. I was gonna mddicate the water but then got nervous that it might kill my biofilter?

Hhhmmm, can you try posting a few pictures? If you can get them that is.  She could be in labor, but I would have to see a photo.

Don't medicate the water, unless (A) it's necessary and (B) it's the right medication.

Aquatic meds are generally based on poisons, at a strength strong enough to kill whatever it is that it's aiming at, but weak enough that the fish survive.

For instance, if you try to treat a bacterial infection with an anti-parasitic med, the fish will have the double whammy of suffering from a bacterial infection, and suffering from the anti-parasitic poison which does nothing the get rid of the bacteria. You might think "it's better than nothing", but you'd be wrong - "nothing" is better than "the wrong thing".

In your particular instance, the chances are that it's perfectly normal birthing behaviour, particularly the fact that she has started hiding, but photos or a video would be very helpful.

I tried attaching a photo. I hope it worked, I'm doing it on my phone. The sick one is on the left.

Jut looks gravid (pregnant) to me, although I can't see too much detail.

I'd see how she progresses over the next couple of days.
