need more info on your tank stats , inhabitants, water changes etc.

I have 2 oscars in a 29gal tank change water once a week have a bio wheel filter. Can you help me please love my boys

Well im not sure what it is he has, best posting in the emergancy section. But you are about to get an earful for having two oscars in a tank so small. Anyway they need the ammonia readings and what not, check out the emergancy forums and post there.

Are the oscars fighting?

does it look like the scales are just falling off or more like they've been ripped off?
If they're falling off, i would worry about water quality!

if they look ripped off, it might be aggression between the two, or them swimming in between tight spots

My oscar gets a few ripped scales now and then fighting the piece of wood in the tank all the time but they heal up quite fast.

He is healing quite fast but he is not eatting that much
 
The tank is way to small for one oscar never mind two.
Scales falling off
Bad water quality.
Knocked them off on ornaments.
Parasites to bacterial.
Fighting.
Any flicking and rubbing.
