This is a couple of female guppy that have all of the sudden started showing this white gunk on their backs.  I've been losing 1 fish a day for the last 4-5 days and I'm not sure if it's all related or not.  These two guppies I'm pretty sure are related though.

I've been told that to treat with metroadolize? and took her to the pet store and they told me to treat with pimafix.

Also could someone tell me what would be some fish meds to keep on hand as my petstores don't seem to carry alot of meds but the pimafix and melafix.

for some reason this picture didn't post but here it is.

Ok I don't think the top female is going to make it.  I have her in a 2.5 gallon aquarium by herself with fungus treatment and she keeps sticking to the filter.  I've already started fungus treatment in the 30 gallon although I've also been told it's a parasite (food ordered waiting for it to be delivered).

hmm well do all they fish have it or just  the ones in the pics, maybe you can QT the mostly affeceted ones.

I have 4 female guppies for sure that are in different stages of it.  The top female is the worst and then some are just lightly dusted.  I'll just treat all and then if some have it hidden they all will be treated.

remember to take out the carbon in the filter, or all your meds that you add wont do a thing!!!

The carbon is out.  That was the first thing I did when I got home.  I just hope it fixes the problem.

Yes the top female passed about 10 am central standard time

sorry, i didn't mean that, i mean are your all fish dead???
