Sick Gouramis

I have a Red Gouramis and he has been hiding at the top of the tank behind the heater and filter for several days and hasn't eaten much. When he swims around he looks tilted and can't swim straight up and down. He also runs into decor and the heater and filter. I am looking for suggestions and maybe what is wrong with him.

The first thing to do would be to test for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and check the ph. If those check out good, then post a pic or short video of your fish. Could be any number of things based on that description.

it dont sound to good tbh dont know everything but i know thats may not be good

sorry to hear that they are ill hope the best for you n your fish

but i would check the water as suggested if they are ok then try giving them some anti internal bactiria medication thats the best i can offer on gouramis
