Sick Frontosa

Hello all, ive got a problem ive got a frontosa setup and my female is acting strange, shes about 10cms and she has been fine up untill lastnight , she is upright but her movements are very sharp and she appears to be bobbibg along trying to stop herself from rising, she is still feeding but is heavily breething due to her constantly fighting to stay down, she has never risen higher than about 20cms, mostly she trys to hug the bottom of the tank and keeps bobbing up and down, is this swim bladder? what can i do about it? also her head is dipped forward like a helicopter , some help would be great please
