Sick Fish

This morning I noticed my RTBS wasnt looking that great and was real lethargic, and he was swimming back and fourth over some rocks scratching himself. I immediately thought ich, but he isnt showing any white spots. His color is slightly faded, but thats all I can see wrong with him.

Whats going on with my RTBS? All replies appreciated!

Need to look at yours water stats first in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph, as bad water quality can cause them to be pale and flick.
