Sick Cichlid

Hi a friend baught a couple of keyhole cichlids a few weeks back, thay are about four inches long. One is fine a swimming around happily the other just sits on the bottom, so my friend thought it must be a swim bladder problem and treated accordingly with no luck. The fish just shuffles along the bottom, it does appear to be feeding though.
Anyone have any experience or suggestions?

I keep keyholes and mine did that for ages. Just let them adjust to the tank and it should be fine. Mine are really active now. Keyholes are very shy fish and are hard to introduce to the tank.

He isn't resting to one side is he, just try some shelled peas good for clearing a fish through, good luck.
