Sick Cichlid

Hi
I need some help to understand what I should do with my sick Cichlid

We have a 180 ltr tank with three fish that have been getting on fine for almost 5 years now.

about a week ago I noticed that the cichlid was laying on its side at the bottom of the tank, first I thought he was dead but he wasn't.

Checked the PH and for ammonlia , noticed they were a little of the correct levels

Water changed one third , and repeated this procees 2 more time every third day

Ammonia na PH levels are back to normal, PH is around 7

Unfortunately the cichlid is still not well and looks like he's really suffering

What should I do now ???

Well, depending on what type of cichlid it is, it could just be old age, esp if you've had it 5 years. How are your other fish acting?

The other two are fine, no problems. He looks like he is really suffering and now the other two are starting to attack him while he is so weak. Not exactly sure what type he is

save a picture to your desktop, then use the browse button at the bottom (of the "add reply" screen to post it.
If you can, quarantine him. That'll get him away from the other fish to keep them from picking on him.
