One of my 1 year old female Boesmani Rainbows is ill. Originally she lost her colour (going a dull green), then she started hiding, then she lost her appetite and now her tail is starting to look slightly damaged and she is swimming poorly. Is there anything I can do? The rest of the tank is fine and I have had no deaths since its original setup over a year ago.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
As the symtoms can also point to bad water quality.
Bad water quality is the first thing to rule out.
