Sick Betta?

I've had two male bettas for about a year. They both have seperate, nice big tanks that I clean once a week.

Recently I've noticed that the two long fins that hang down on either side of the front, have changed a bit. Only on one of the fish.


The tips have become white. I have heard that this can be a sign of fin rot. However they are not appaering on any other fins, and I keep the water clean. Also he seems a little more listless then usual.

Any advice or suggestions as to what this may be?

The tips on mine are white but have been since I got him and I figured are part of his colouration.....are they continuing tto get whiter further up or are bits falling off?
