Siamese Fighter

ok ive had a siamese fighter fish for some while now and ive added a mystic shark and 2 silver sharks along with a black red tail shark which i bought a few weeks ago. since i had the black red tail shark the fighter had been chasing him around the tank same as the new additions...i came back from work yday to find that the fighter fish has had its tails ripped off! now all he does is stay at the top and has gone very pale is there anyway i can save him but all the fish now seem alot more calm

its a 30 gallon tank

You need to move him to a tank by himself as this problem will keep recurring. You either need to rehome your fighter or give him a small tank (5 Gallon+) to himself.
Provided the water is clean, the fins should grow back, although it wouldn't hurt to add some Melafix to prevent infection.
Your Mystic and Silver Sharks will also need to be rehomed as they will outgrow that tank.
Silver Sharks can reach 12" and the Mystic Shark can reach 52".
