So I have this male guppy that used to be very large. And now I think he is shrinking? He used to be larger than the other male guppies around his age (he is a little older than a year) and now he looks smaller than all of them. Could it be that at this age the other guppies has a growth spurt? Or can guppies shrink? I've never seen anything like it. x_x

Oh gosh... then ill quarantine thia guppie. He doesn't seem sick but i dont want all my guppies to die

typically for a fish with chronic weight loss I would use a good dewormer like Flubendazole or levamisole.

The guppy is on a tank now by himself. Any way i can deal with the parasites? I have never dealt with parasites

well ive read on other forums on a cure with this but i cant find a direct one, see if you can get some medicaton that covers different types of parasites.

I'll go to the pet store tomorrow and see if the guy there can givr me something.

So the fish still seems fine but I went to fish store. The guy actually came to my house (he is a friend too) and checked the fish, he said the fish looks fine but he did give me a medication to deal with internal parasites
