Shrimps?

I was thinking about getting some shrimps for my community tank and just wondered what the best ones were and are they compatible with my fish... any advice appreciated...

120 litre planted

6 neons
3 Hatchets
3 Burmese border loach
3 Dwarf loach
3 Galaxy Rasbora
4 Harlequin
5 Glass catfish
1 Bristlenose
1 Siamese Algae eater

I also have some Malaysian trumpet snails in there to keep the sand substrate turned over and i dont want them to be eaten!

I would just go with ghost or amanos, cherrys maybe?

i could be wrong here and im sure someone who has kept shrimps will tell u better than me but i would think loaches would eat shrimps like i say i could be well off the mark but its what i would think!

most of the shrimp you can buy tend to be about 2 inches long, any fish bigger then them will more then likely eat them. The only shrimp that you could get that wouldn't be eaten by your fish would be a filter shrimp like a armoured shrimp, but you need fast flowing water for them as they filter out their food from the water.

As said above the Loaches would probable eat them, you also need to get 3 or more of the small algea eating shrimp.
