Shrimp - This Is Probably A Daft Question

Do shrimps sleep at night? I am looking to have some amano or cherry shrimps in my zebra tank to clean up the uneaten food a little bit, but as Zebras don't compete well for food I was wondering as the Zebs eat after lights out as to whether the shrimp wouldn't be eating at night anyway. Told you it was a daft question!

every living thing has to sleep at ome point in some way, heck i used to have shrimps that used to huddle in a shell at night because of the catfish and the fact it coudnt fit in the shell to get them whle they most likely slept

Sure I appreciate that everything sleeps at some point but Zebras are nocturnal and feed at night so it woulod be good to know if the shrimps would compete for their food or whether they sleep at night. What I would ideally like is the shrimp to leave the food alone for the zebras to eat then clear up for them in the morning!
