Ignoring the bad puns up above, what are some suggestions for relatively dark patterned Neocardina or Cardina shrimp? I'm looking at a heavily planted setup (6.6g/25l) to house a pair of licorice gourami, and was curious if anyone had some suggestions! While I know Neo. shrimp prefer cooler temps, I've read that bee shrimp are much more sensitive.

Any suggestions welcome!

Aye, there's a rub. For what if the natural diet of licorice gouramis is shrimp? What if the Parosphromnus will take arms against a sea of shrimplets, and by opposing, end them?

I have heard of licorices going after shrimp, since they occur with shrimp as a primary food item. To them, a bee shrimp, like a rose by any another name, would taste as sweet.

Sorry Will. We're fishnerds, not Elizabethan poets.
