Shrimp Questions

I'm new to the fish world. I accidently got 2 very small translucent shrimp with our last batch of fish. HOw do I take care of them? They are less active the last few days and hanging out near the top...not dead though. My tank is 2 weeks old and all the levels of everything seem to be good, temp good, etc. Should I worry that they are up there?
