Shrimp Getting Eaten Maybe?

Hi, i purchased 5 amano shrimp yesterday and asked for the bigger ones of the bunch in ther as i was worried they could get eaten obviously they don't listen as he gave me 2 of the smallest ones in there, anyways my question is could nearly full size albino corys, glass catfish which are about 5-6 cm big eat them or black skirt tetra, the smallest of the shrimps are about 1cm long maybe a tiny bit smaller than that and i havn't seen the 2 smallest ones since i put them in there, so what im asking is could those fish eat a 1cm shrimp?

I have some Amano in my large community tank and wasn`t sure if they`d got munched at first as I never saw them out and about. However after a week or so I could see them hiding within the leaves of the draping silk plants, but they then decided to brave the open and I see them around the tank all the time now.


I`d suggest giving it a bit more time, they could just be hiding.

yeh i was thinking the same its just now the 3 of the larger ones are all our and about and i havn't seen a glimpse of the 2 of the smallest ones it could be a possibillity, have to wait and see i hope your right though and there just hiding, thanks James
