shrimp that you find at the beach are also found in fresh water
soo is it possible to capture,quarantine and then introduce to a freshwater setup at home

They're not the smae shrimp; closely related, but not the same. The shrimp you find at the beach are marine shrimp and wouldn't be able to adapt to freshwater.
