Shrimp Eggs

Just got some bumblebee shrimp, and 2 are carrying eggs.
Anyone got any advice on how to care for new shrimp.
How small are they when they hatch?
Would i have to put them in a breeder trap so that they don't get eaten?

The baby shrimp will jsut fall through the holes within the breeder traps.

Mine have just bred. When I discovered my babies they were about 0.5cm in length and they are certainly not new born.

What are they going in a tank with?

I had loads of moss and plants and hiding places for them.

The babies require no extra care to the adults.

Maybe put a pair of tights over the filter intake to stop the babies being sucked up - I never have but people do recommend it.

They are in the fry tank until they are big enough to go in to the main tank.
They fry are all under 1inch.
There are 3 moss balls in with them at the moment, the bottom is bare, so that it is easier to clean.
I have a sponge filter, powered by an air pump.

Shrimplets are very tiny. A fish that's about an inch could eat them but they might be okay. Some java moss in the tank would be good for the babies to hide in. I highly recommend it to anyone that is breeding shrimp.
