Shrimp And Tank Mates

Ok so just bought 4 caridina japonicas shrimp from my lfs which is closing down soon so got them very cheap. I thought to my self well they are the same size as my oto's so they must be fine with my other fish. But as soon as i've got them home and released them into the tank they have all hidden in the driftwood i have and all the other fish seem to be stalking them!! Should i be worried about them or are they just shy?

Tank mates are

3 Male Dwarf Gourmais
2 Black widdow tetras
2 Congo tetras
2 Oto's
2 Corys
1 Betta
1 Bristle nose plec
1 Featherfin Catfish

Tank size is 250ltr and water is normal and mature.

They will be fine with Oto's, Betta's and Dwarf or Honey Gourami's. That's from personal expericance.

I also have Gouramis along with dwarf cichlids, corys, tetras etc and none of them even look to go near the Amano`s in my tank. My shrimp tend to stay out of the way under the leaves of my plants at the back of my tank, occasionally they come out for a walk around but generally they stay quite hidden. I guess it`s pretty normal, especially if they`re new additions

my shrimps always had up during the day, i'd only see a quick glimpse of them in the morning when i turned the light on as they flashed across the tank to hide in a plant.
