Should I See Some Better Results Now?

Okay first time using mature media,I managed to get some but only from a fluval 2.The fluval 2 sponge was cut in half and ive put it inside my juwel jumbo filter.

This week is going to be week 5 of my fishless cycle so hoping this might help a bit.

For the past 2 weeks my nitrite has been at 3

Ammonia is being processed within 12 hours now and being topped up to 4ppm every morning

Nitrates at 5

ph 8.0 after using a ph buffer was 7.0 before

So do you think things should start to look a bit better soon?

I would keep an eye on it Cherry but would certainly expect to see things accelerate for you.
